2) Network port configuration and IP address assignment
3) Network resource access (web, ftp, svn, user shares, etc)
4) Engineering software installation and support
5) Printing and copying support
6) Building and laboratory access
7) Inventory control
8) Building maintenance requests
9) Building security issues
10) Network security issues
