Prerequisites: Programming experience, sufficient math to be in engineering calculus

Laboratory enrollment is required.

Objectives: Introduction to the building blocks of digital computer design. Design and implement combinational and sequential circuits. Understand hardware operations in a simple computer in terms of register transfer language (RTL).
