Grad Student Feucht Earns Space Scholarship

The Space Vehicles Directorate of the Air Force Research Laboratory at Kirtland Air Force Base has selected ECE masters student Greg Feucht for a 2009 Space Scholars summer internship.
At AFRL, Feucht will work on the topic of canonical reconfigurable space systems with Dr. Jim Lyke. He is working under the direction of his faculty advisor, Professor Rafael Fierro.
Feucht received his BS in Applied Math, Engineering & Physics (AMEP) from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2001, and then worked for Motorola's Automotive division as a senior systems engineer for five years developing advanced engine controls. In New Mexico, he has worked at Altela, Inc. as a controls engineer. He is currently in his second semester of graduate studies, working toward a master's degree with ECE@UNM.
The Air Force Research Lab appoints students to the Space Scholar Program to give them access to some of the lab's vast resources and contact with bleeding-edge research.
Congratulations, Greg. And congratulations on your recent marriage !
