The SUMMA Foundation has established the recognition of eminent
scientists/engineers in the high-power electromagnetics field as EMP
(electromagnetic pulse) Fellows. New fellows are elected biennially by
the existing fellows with certificates awarded at the AMEREM/EUROEM symposia.
