System Design & Assessment Notes (EMP-5)
These are the System Design & Assessment Notes, EMP-5, assembled by Dr. Carl E. Baum. Since many of these notes were composited before the days of computers and also contain hand-written notations, a full-text search of the pdf files themselves is impractical.

However, you can search for authors and paper titles within this Index page by simply pressing "control F" on your keyboard and plugging in a "keyword" within your internet browser. We hope to have a full-site search engine available soon.

If you happen to notice any typos, bad links, or improperly scanned papers that are in need or repair, please e-mail your suggestions to Chuck Reuben at shawnee@ece.unm.edu and your concerns will be promptly addressed.
